How long does it take to install a set of asphalt mixing plant?

It takes about one month to install one set asphalt plant. Such as AMP1000 or AMP1500 Model. If the capacity is larger to AMP3000 or AMP4000, the installation time will be about two months.

How many tons is the largest asphalt mixing plant produced by your company?

The largest asphalt mixing plant produced by our company is 400T/H

What is your company's minimum output of asphalt mixing?

Our company's minimum output of asphalt mixing is AMP700, the output is 50T/H.

Are the main components of your asphalt mixing plant produced by yourself?

Yes, the main components of the asphalt mixing plant are produced by our own factory, such as dryer drum, vibrating screen deck, control system and so on

What brand are the electrical components used in asphalt mixing plant?

Asphalt mixing plant electrical components we choose international famous brands, such as Siemens, Schneider and so on

How long is the warranty period of your asphalt mixing plant?

The warranty period of our asphalt mixing plant is 12 months after the completion of installation and commissioning or 14 months after delivery, whichever comes first.

How many personnel did you send abroad to install the asphalt plant?

We send an electrical and a mechanical engineer abroad to supervise the installation of mixing plants.

Do you train asphalt plant's operators?

Yes, we do. Two engineers sent by us will train your operators on site. In addition, our factory will hold a training class every year.

Does your asphalt plant come with any spare parts?

We will give you a set of spare parts worth USD8000 along with the asphalt plant.

What is the sales target to be your distributor?

To be our distributor, you must sell at least 3SETS per year in your area

What is the sales target to be your sole agent?

To be sole agent, you must sell at least 5SETS per year in the appointed area

Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?

yes, we can. We will load the goods at the factory along with our plants with free.

Can your asphalt plant be installed in hot weather?

Yes, it can.

Can your mixing equipment be installed in cold weather?

Yes, it can.

Can your mixing plant work in high altitude area?

Yes, it can, but the capacity will be down a little.

Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?

Yes, we can.

Can I only buy some spare parts from you?

Yes, you can.

Will you attend the fair to show your products?

Yes, we will, Such as BIG 5 machinery exhibition ect.

How long will it take you to provide us with your design proposal?

In usually, it takes about one week to finish. If it's urgent, we can push and offer ASAP.

How do you pack the equipment?

Large parts in bare cargo, small parts packed in wooden cases or iron cases.

Can your plant be shipped in standard containers?

Yes, It can be. We specially design the mixing plant to be suitable for 40 feet container to ship.

What is the production cycle time for a set of your mixing plant?

The manufacturing time is about 60 days after got the down payment.

How do you deal with equipment failure during the warranty period?

The failure of the plant within the warranty period is caused by our factory. We will troubleshoot the fault for users completely free of charge until the plant is running smoothly. If the fault is caused by the user's improper use, we will charge the cost appropriately.

Do you still provide after-sales service after the warranty period?

Yes, we do. We provide lifetime service for our equipment.

Can you design the equipment according to our requirements?

Yes,we can.

How long it will take from guangzhou to your factory?

There are many direct airline from Guangzhou to Wuxi. It takes about 2 hours from Guangzhou to Wuxi by air.

We accept 100% irrovcable L/C or 100% T/T.
